NOTES:

  • Camp is open to participants of all ages
  • Maximum 15 participants per camp
  • In the event of weather interrupting camp or potentially interrupting camp, notice will be  given as early as possible. As weather can be unpredictable notice might not come until the  evening prior to or early morning of that day of camp. Camp may be moved to an indoor  location for activities depending on that day’s schedule of events.
  • If camp needs to be canceled for two or more days of the camp week a refund of $25 per day  of camp missed will be reissued to each participant.
  • Please note that if there isn’t any active weather but there has been recent weather activity or  incoming weather activity that camp may be cancelled for that day. Moisture from recent  weather activity in the park produces a hazard to instructors and participants as the terrain may  become too slippery to perform on. Also, moisture to equipment may cause permanent  damage to equipment and hinder the ability of the equipment to operate properly.
  • Camp may also be cancelled prior to incoming weather as that there is no form of  cover/shelter at the skate park which can create a potentially hazardous situation depending on  incoming weather severity.
  • Due to uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, the dates to camp are subject to change or cancellation.
  • In the event that camp dates need to be switched and you are not able to attend, or if camp is  cancelled due to pandemic related circumstances, a full refund will be made.
